About the Job
WE ARE HIRING – Billing Specialist
Location: Sucat, Parañaque City
- Female and Male.
- Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in Billing accounts payable/receivable, or similar finance-related roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with billing or ERP systems.
- Review, validate, and consolidate all required customs clearance and billing documents.
- Generate and process billing for all approved charges upon Tax fees.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Broker, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt, validation, and completeness of documents necessary for billing accuracy.
- Preferred with available requirements.
- Can start ASAP
