Business Analyst (Finance)
Are you a finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and analysis? Join our team and help drive business performance through strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual budget preparation and monthly financial forecasts.
- Analyze sales, cost of goods, operating expenses, and other key financial metrics.
- Monitor business performance and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional teams to validate sales forecasts and financial reports.
- Manage month-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budget estimates.
- Coordinate with shared service and accounting teams on finance-related matters.
- Perform other finance and business analysis tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CMA) is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related finance role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
