JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Facilitates seamless coordination and strategic alignment with key departments—including Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain—to ensure cohesive planning, optimized resource allocation, and successful execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Drives proactive coordination with SEA4 brand teams and Sales Planning to ensure timely sell-in and on-schedule arrival of new products, enabling smooth execution of brand launches and maximizing in-market readiness.
  • Leads monthly budget negotiations with outright retailers to secure purchase commitments that support achieving the Latest Estimate (LE), enabling timely issuance of purchase orders for regular saleables and new product launches per brand.
  • Leads the implementation and continuous improvement of the store ordering process to ensure accurate, timely, and budget-aligned order fulfillment in coordination with the regional hub and retailer teams.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of store order requests by coordinating closely with the regional hub and aligning with the approved purchase budget from retailers, supporting consistent product availability and execution of commercial plans.
  • Conducts monthly review of store-level replenishments, stock transfers, and months of cover per store and per brand (MAC, Estée Lauder, La Mer, and Tom Ford Beauty).
  • Manages order dropping for DJ Descorp orders to ensure timely submission and alignment with agreed timelines.
  • Conducts monthly review of in-store inventory to identify opportunities for pullouts, RTVs, and/or SWAP initiatives.
  • Monitors monthly PO issuance from retailers and Supply Chain to ensure successful and timely deliveries in line with Net Sales (NS) expectations.
  • Facilitates monthly alignment with the Country Manager, National Sales Manager, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistency with NS targets and assumptions.
  • Maintains ongoing alignment with Brand SEA4 on updates to existing Continuous Lines, franchise discontinuations, replacements, and proactive management of limited-life inventory on hand in stores.
