Job Summary:
Customer Support Representative is to assist customers with service-related inquiries and issues. This role involves troubleshooting, providing product/service information, and ensuring customers receive prompt, efficient, and friendly support.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to members of AAP and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about emergency roadside services, towing requests, and handling complaints 
  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data 
  • Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirement/s. Maintaining relationships with current customers and corporate partners by providing them with timely updates regarding the status of their emergency 
  • Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling appointments 
  • Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas. 
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
 
Qualifications:
  • Must be a college graduate (4-year course)
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Six to twelve months of experience in Radio / Telephone Operations. Scheduling is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Familiarity with maps and local roads
  • Good analytical or problem-solving ability.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Has a strong personality.
  • Ability to make simple correspondence
