Job Summary:
Customer Support Representative is to assist customers with service-related inquiries and issues. This role involves troubleshooting, providing product/service information, and ensuring customers receive prompt, efficient, and friendly support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to members of AAP and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about emergency roadside services, towing requests, and handling complaints
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data
- Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirement/s. Maintaining relationships with current customers and corporate partners by providing them with timely updates regarding the status of their emergency
- Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling appointments
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate (4-year course)
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Six to twelve months of experience in Radio / Telephone Operations. Scheduling is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Familiarity with maps and local roads
- Good analytical or problem-solving ability.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Has a strong personality.
- Ability to make simple correspondence
