About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Proper and timely booking of cargo
- Maximized utilization of truck trips Export
- Reserve & coordinate trucking deliveries and pick-ups by liaising between truckers/carriers and Operations.
- Optimize trucking capacities through proper planning and scheduling.
- Tracking from loading and deliveries to shippers and consignees.
- Create/distribute schedules, traffic advisories, and airport/port conditions to Customer Service (CS).
- Secure rates reductions on trucking rates.
- Ensure proper scheduling of pick-ups and deliveries to maximize cost savings on charges.
- Support to sub-contractor management, compliance, and security.
- Update CW1 transport company and accrual.
- Ensure subcon update mobile apps after every transaction.
- Updates excel transport monitoring
Qualifications:
- Preferably with work experience in a multinational freight forwarding company
- College level education
- Operational industry experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledgeable of trucking operations
- Computer Literate
