About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations for required materials and services.
Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining good vendor relationships.
Check and verify delivered items against purchase orders and report any issues.
Support cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
Perform other administrative and procurement-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate (preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field..]
With experience in procurement and inventory management.
Knowledgeable in purchasing processes, supplier coordination, and stock monitoring.
Detail-oriented, organized, and with good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
