About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate and administer psychological assessments
- Analyze test data and interpret results
- Ensure the reliability and validity of assessment tools
- Coordinate with other branches and recruiters
- Maintain confidentiality of all testing data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology and must be a registered Psychometrician
- Experience in test assessment and analysis is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on-site
