Job Summary
Sales Staff involves assisting customers, promoting products, and helping achieve store sales goals while maintaining excellent service and a welcoming shopping environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
- Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirement/s.
- Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (4-year course).
- With sales or marketing background.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
