About the Job
Position: Coffee Machine Crew Refiller
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate/college level
- With experience as Service Crew or Related
- Must be willing to work on shifting and roving schedule
- With readily available requirements
- Willing to start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Tie workflow to schedule.
- Manage all on-site maintenance and uptime of vending machines.
- Manage all aspects of the business including:
- Inventory of goods in the site
- Sales reports
- Documentation of endorsements and suggestions
- Summary of daily activity
- List accurate reports of daily issues
- Diagnose basic technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Follow all company procedures.
- Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization.
- Talk to customers to get their insight about our products.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Be professional and be responsible for his/her attendance.
- Report to the Team Lead the issues and concerns in his/her site at least thrice weekly.
- Shifting schedule.
