MACHINE CREW REFILLER / SERVICE CREW

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service during site visits.
  • Refill and maintain vending machines.
  • Monitor inventory and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Document daily activities, endorsements, and site concerns.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues.
  • Ensure vending machines are clean, operational, and well-stocked.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and respond to their feedback.
  • Coordinate with the Team Lead regarding site updates and concerns.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or college level.
  • With or without experience (crew/refiller experience is an advantage).
  • Willing to work on a shifting and roving schedule.
  • With readily available pre-employment requirements.
