Job Summary:
Service Support Representative is to assist customers with service-related inquiries and issues. This role involves troubleshooting, providing product/service information, and ensuring customers receive prompt, efficient, and friendly support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
- Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/ requirement/s;
- Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be college graduate (4-year course)
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Six to twelve months experience in Radio / Telephone Operations. Scheduling is an advantage but not a requirement
- Familiarity with maps and local roads
- Good analytical or problem-solving ability.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Has strong personality.
- Ability to make simple correspondence
