JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB SUMMARY:
- The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Clerk / Checker is to ensure the correctness, completeness, and accuracy of the inventory of all SKUs within the warehouse.
- The position is also responsible for maintaining proper inventory management, order processing, stock monitoring, and compliance with company warehouse standards and procedures.
- The Warehouse Clerk / Checker may also be assigned other job-related tasks by the immediate superior as necessary in support of warehouse operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND TASKS):
Managing the Inventory:
- Ensure all SKUs are properly stacked in their designated locations and comply with the recommended stacking layer and pallet height to prevent stock damages.
- Maintain the correctness and accuracy of pallet inventory.
- Ensure that all picked SKUs follow the “First In, First Out” (FIFO) policy.
- Conduct monthly inventory counts to validate the accuracy of the inventory reflected in the system.
- Ensure that all returned good stocks are properly recorded, returned to their assigned locations, and supported with corresponding Return Good Receipt (RGR) numbers.
- Secure and monitor all returned damaged stocks (BO) and ensure proper recording in the BO Summary.
- Ensure that all RGRs and BO Summaries are submitted to the Credit and Collection Department for Credit Memo (CM) preparation.
- Continuously implement and evaluate Good Warehouse Practices (GWP).
Processing and Packing of Orders:
- Process and prepare orders based on the approved picklist.
- Verify picklists against the corresponding waybills.
- Ensure that all items prepared for orders are in good condition.
- Secure proper packaging of orders in accordance with the guidelines of the respective e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure that all orders for pickup are properly punched and endorsed to the assigned e-commerce courier.
Product Awareness:
- Stay updated with Quanta products by regularly reviewing updated SKU lists and marketing memoranda.
Other Job-Related Tasks:
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness (I-ACT) in the submission of reports.
- Adhere to company standards regarding the proper care and maintenance of company assets.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
EDUCATION:
- College undergraduate applicants may be considered provided they have at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- With experience in performing clerical and administrative tasks.
- Background in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related functions is an advantage.
CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE:
